Carl Anderson
Carl Anderson was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Anderson was nominated for a Golden Globe Award in 1973. He went on to act in "That's TV" (1981-82), the dramatic adaptation "The Color Purple" (1985) with Danny Glover and "The Goodwill Games Opening Celebration" (TBS, 1997-98). He also appeared in "It's Black Entertainment" (Showtime, 1999-2000). Later in his career, Anderson appeared on "Intimate Portrait: Laila Ali" (Lifetime, 2000-01). Anderson passed away in February 2004 at the age of 59.
