Lisa Loring

Lisa Loring, born on February 16, 1958, became a cultural icon for her role as the original Wednesday Addams in "The Addams Family" (ABC, 1964-1966). She was only six years old when she portrayed the delightfully morbid character, leaving a lasting impression on audiences with her performance. Loring continued to act in various TV shows and films, including "The Pruitts of Southampton" (ABC, 1966-1967) and the soap opera "As the World Turns" (CBS, 1956-2010), where she played Cricket Montgomery. Although her later career was less prominent, Loring's portrayal of Wednesday Addams remains a beloved part of television history. She continued to make appearances at fan conventions celebrating the classic series until her passing on January 28, 2023, at age of 64.
