Mick Harvey brought his musical talents to a variety of films over the course of his Hollywood career. Harvey began his entertainment career with his music featured in films like "Ghosts of the Civil Dead" (1989), the comedic adventure "The Freshman" (1990) with Marlon Brando and the Jim Carrey hit comedy "Dumb & Dumber" (1994). An actor as well as a musician, Harvey played a part in the Bruno Ganz fantastical drama "Wings of Desire" (1988). In the nineties and the early 2000s, Harvey's music continued to appear on the silver screen, including in films like the drama "Fatherland" (1994) with Olivier Picot, "To Have and To Hold" (1996) and the comedy "Go for Gold" (1997) with Lars Rudolph. His work was also in "Kevin and Perry Go Large" (2000) with Harry Enfield. Harvey's music was also featured in "Chopper" (2001), "Australian Rules" (2002) with Nathan Phillips and the Tom Doyle documentary "Deliver Us From Evil" (2006). Harvey's music was most recently used in "Cirque Du Freak: The Vampire's Assistant" (2009).
