Montserrat Caballé

Montserrat Caballe was who had a successful Hollywood career. Caballe was nominated for an Outstanding Classical Program In the Performing Arts Primetime Emmy Award for "New York Philharmonic Celebration with Isaac Stern, Itzhak Perlman & Montserrat Cavalle" in 1986. Additionally, Caballe could be seen on a variety of television specials like "A Concert For Life" (1991-92), "Richard Tucker All Italian Opera Gala" (PBS, 1994-95) and "Divas" (PBS, 1995-96). Most recently, Caballe worked on the comedic drama "Life Is Beautiful" (1998) with Roberto Benigni.
