Robert Fields
Robert Fields was an actor who made a successful career for himself in film. Early on, Fields mostly landed roles in various films, including the Steve McQueen horror film "The Blob" (1958), the Tony Musante crime drama "The Incident" (1967) and the Jane Fonda dramatic adaptation "They Shoot Horses, Don't They?" (1969). He also appeared in the drama "Cover Me Babe" (1970) with Robert Forster and "The Sporting Club" (1971). He also appeared in the TV movie "The Marcus-Nelson Murders" (CBS, 1972-73). His work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "Judge Horton and the Scottsboro Boys" (NBC, 1975-76). He also landed roles in the miniseries "Family Reunion" (1981-82) and "Blood Feud" (1982-83). He also had roles in film during these years, including roles in "The Stepford Wives" (1975). Fields also created music for "Nightmares" (1983) with Cristina Raines. Fields focused on film in more recent years, appearing in "Star 80" (1983), "Anna" (1987) and the Jennifer Tilly action flick "American Strays" (1996). He also appeared in the comedy "Getting Away With Murder" (1996) with Dan Aykroyd. He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "Law & Order" (NBC, 1990-2010). Fields most recently acted in the comedic drama "The Souler Opposite" (1998) with Christopher Meloni.
