Sean Masterson was an accomplished actor, noted for his comedic timing in his roles for television shows. Masterson started off his acting career in various television sitcoms, including "Murphy Brown" (CBS, 1988-1998), "Dream On" (HBO, 1990-96) and "Herman's Head" (Fox, 1991-94). He had a part on the television special "AFI Presents "TV or Not TV?"" (NBC, 1990-91). Masterson started in the industry by acting in films like "Fatal Games" (1982). He continued to work steadily in sitcoms throughout the nineties, appearing on "The Edge" (Fox, 1992-93) and "Friends" (NBC, 1994-2004). During these years, he also worked in film, earning a part in the dramatic adaptation "Wag the Dog" (1997) with Dustin Hoffman. More recently, he tackled roles on "Love Boat: The Next Wave" (UPN, 1997-99) and "Strip Mall" (Comedy Central, 2000-01). He also acted in films like the comedy "Courting Courtney" (1998) with Dana Gould and the Frank John Hughes thrilling adaptation "Anacardium" (2001). Masterson most recently acted on "Rookie Blue" (ABC, 2009-2015).
