Silas Cooper

Silas Cooper was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. He also starred in the TV movies "House of Secrets" (NBC, 1993-94) and "Return to the Batcave: The Misadventures of Adam and Burt" (CBS, 2002-03). He also took on a few movie roles at the time, appearing in "Snake Skin Jacket" (1997). He continued to work steadily in television throughout the early 2000s and the 2010s, appearing on "Dr. Vegas" (CBS, 2004-05) and "Tremé" (HBO, 2009-2014). His work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "Acceptance" (Lifetime, 2008-09). During these years, he also worked in film, earning a part in the Zoe Saldana action picture "Colombiana" (2011). Recently, he tackled roles on "True Detective" (2013-15), "NCIS: New Orleans" (CBS, 2014-) and "The Astronaut Wives Club" (ABC, 2014-15). He also appeared in the Ryan Reynolds hit action flick "Green Lantern" (2011). Cooper most recently acted in the dramatic adaptation "The Big Short" (2015) with Christian Bale.
