Emanuel Levy EmanuelLevy.Com Rated: 3/5 Aug 1, 2005 Full Review Kurt Dahlke Apollo Guide It's faint praise indeed, but you won't find a much better laughable, made-for-television, B-movie horror than this. Rated: 58/100 Oct 29, 2003 Full Review Scott Weinberg eFilmCritic.com Other than as a time capsule back to a much sillier era - or as something to laugh at incessantly - Invitation to Hell is every bit as torturous as its title implies. Steve D The cast and director are here but not a script worthy of them. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 08/24/23 Full Review Rodney D The title says it all. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/25/23 Full Review Audience Member Ok ok ok if you got into this movie after reading what it was about and who was in it then you went in with EYES WIDE OPEN. So don't even. It's actually well put together - not unwatchable - and just priceless for an 80s nostalgia night. Oh and there is 0 payoff - you're not going to see the devil or any good - or even bad - special effects. So watch it for the cheese or skip. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/26/23 Full Review Audience Member See it if only for the astronaut in Hell. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/14/23 Full Review Audience Member This was bad. My Wes Craven marathon isn't starting out so strong; he did some real stinkers early in his career. Don't waste your time. It's got Punky Brewster at maybe four years old and Susan Lucci playing the devil (of sorts) in this Stepford Wives styled made-for-tv flick. Boy, it was stupid. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/31/23 Full Review Audience Member TV MOVIE. Wes Craven was destined for fame judging by this campy fun horror. A country club is a disguise for the gates to hell. Gotta love it! Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/16/23 Full Review Read all reviews
