Audience Member I only seen this movie once and once is enough it was a bit boring and a bit slow. Not the worst movie and not the best movie. In my opinion it really didn't really portray who James Dean really was, the guy playing him did alright though. This was not my fave movie based on James Dean and his life. Dated and in my opinion there are better movies then this one on James Dean. As a fan I have seen many movies and bios./docus. etc... on him. I don't really believe that this is the movie to watch on him the movie is mainly him and his friends point of view knowing him. Which is fine but I believe this could have been better and I wanted or would have liked to give a higher rating but could not 1 star, not really anything to write home about. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/16/23 Full Review Audience Member saw this one to and his friend worte so thats a plus. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/21/23 Full Review Audience Member The first thing that struck me about this movie was the complete lack of period detail. It is so obviously made in 1976, the womens hairstyles etc. I wasn't convinced by any of the movie. The acting wasn't particularly good. I don't feel it captured the essence of James Dean. It is just such an obvious television made movie. I was not impressed, James Dean deserves a lot better than this. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/18/23 Full Review Audience Member 48/100. This is an unasual view into Dean's personal life and not so much of the glammer - I've been waiting many years to see this movie and it's available on DVD - I loved it!
