tom k A goofy low budget film, but it has its moments that make up for the lack of a plot! Rated 3 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member A goofy low budget film, but it has its moments that make up for the lack of a plot! Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review Audience Member A trans wheelchair-bound (how progressive!) old person and its children (a man and a woman) travel the backroads of the Midwest hunting for people to kill in order to make leather clothing from the skin of the dead. When their van needs repairs somewhere in smalltown Ohio, they find a mechanic who invites them to his family's cookout prior to him repairing their vehicle. The mechanic's neighbor, a man going through a divorce who uses alcohol to cope with that pain, notices something amiss about the new folk and takes it upon himself to discover what is wrong. The trio cannot help but satisfy their collective bloodlust as they kill indiscriminately in broad daylight. This leads to a final showdown between the family of killers and a drunk with enough problems already. Some decent humor and rather realistic reactions to the antics of the murderous bunch, this was certainly better than most of the late '80s/early '90s shot-on-video horror flicks out there. The closing song was good as was the gore despite certainly being done cheaply. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/02/23 Full Review Audience Member Surely one of the worst horror films of all time. A mental family apparantly make leather coats from peoples skin but when they end up unexpectedly staying with a local detective who's on to them their time could be up. I can usually find something good to say about even the shittest films but not this one. Its pretty gory in parts, thats it! Theres a review on the front that says "This tops Texas Chain Saw by double"! To even make a comparison to that masterpiece should be criminal. The family in this are like some shit version of the Firefly's from The Devils Rejects and the ending doest make sense either. A horrible moment in my life and a complete waste of time. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/16/23 Full Review Audience Member Oh this movie is all new degrees of awful, but as awful as it is, it is so funny. The characters are just so zany, and the story is hilarious. There is plenty of blood too (hence the title). Definitely worth watching for a good laugh with some friends and tickets to a Wayne Newton Live Nude Show. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review Audience Member I quite enjoyed this film. Ok, so it's got poor acting etc but, the effects are reasonable and it moves along at quite a good pace! It's laugh out loud funny and for the right reasons too, not because it's one of those "so bad it's good" kind of films. Yes it's stupid, but it's pretty good fun throughout and as I brought this in a £1 shop, it was excelent value for money! It's not however a film that I'll find myself reaching for very often at all.
