Audience Member A hokey government conspiracy movie with painfully outdated CG effects and an assinine premise of fighter-pilots wearing VR helmets while flying. However, it's intense enough to keep you awake after the first half-hour which features some boring dialogue and a half-baked sex-scene. Worth watching if there's nothing better on TV. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/26/23 Full Review Audience Member Bought the VHS many years ago but it has since spoil. A typical type of B-grade action movie. If I can remember, it is quite alright. Hope to see it again. The synopsis - Captain Tom "Outlaw" Waters (Billy Wirth) is an ace jet pilot in a top secret experimental air force program testing a virtual reality piloting system. He meets Caitlin Cole (Elizabeth Gracen) and falls in love. Tom's best friend and fellow pilot is seriously injured in one of the initial operational tests of the system. When the review board headed by General Morgan Bresaw (Corbin Bensen) and Colonel Glen Anderson (Steve Railsback) finds "pilot error" to be the cuse of the accident, Tom is troubled. When a 2nd operational test of the system results the mysterious death of another pilot, Tom is forced to think the unthinkable that he and other pilots are been manipulated by the air force. The evidence mounts and Tom must face the possibility of been betrayed. Tom's skills and beliefs are put to one last test in the final mission.
