N L I wasnt very "blown away" by blown away Rated 1 out of 5 stars 11/07/23 Full Review Mark K This popped up in my feed and was excited. I remembered what the movie was like slightly from when I watched it in the 90's but wanted to see it again. I was not disappointed. I didn't remember as much as I thought and it was like watching it for the first time. Age will do that to you 😬 This movie was awesome with a great cast and if you're into these types of stories, you will enjoy it as well. Highly, highly recommend this movie to all! Enjoy! Rated 4 out of 5 stars 09/08/23 Full Review Jack O So since the title is called Blown Away, I wasn't actually blown away by it. I think in comparison to Blown Away and Speed in 1994, they just prefer the film which is first released in the exact same year, Speed. Speed came out first. But with Blown Away however, it was in fact widely criticized for the poor Irish accents of the three main Irish characters, with Tommy Lee Jones' portrayal of Ryan Gaerity particularly receiving the harshest criticism. And you know what, Tommy Lee Jones's Irish impersonation's isn't actually that bad. I mean I know you disagree with me but I can assure you that anyone can do impersonations from many different countries. He's a really fantastic actor. With the songs from U2, this is actually an Irish band. The only songs that are in it are "With or Without You" and "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For". I suppose many people didn't know that this is the film that has many Irish stuff. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 06/19/23 Full Review Jess D Jeff Bridges at his most vulnerable! Tommy Lee Jones at his most psychotic! Pure summer chaos! Rated 4 out of 5 stars 05/19/23 Full Review steve d It drags way to often for this kind of film. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review farah r Blown Away doesn't have much to offer viewers in terms of anything spectacular or splendid. It's all mediocre at best.
