Max W Jackie Chan's 90s action films are always endlessly rewatchable. Setting aside the minor character and script flaws, the best way to enjoy them is to relax, grab some snacks, and immerse yourself in his signature blend of comedy and action. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 09/10/24 Full Review DanTheMan 2 Originally, supposed to be the fifth entry in the Police Story series before becoming its own thing entirely, Mr Nice Guy marks the final time Sammo Hung acted as director for Jackie Chan and the first of Jackie's films to be entirely shot and scripted in English. It starts out so relentlessly 90s that it worried me but soon picks up and fully embraces the Hong Kong star's nature of insane stuntwork and hilarious and equal parts badass fights with a killer villain in the form of a questionable Australian gangster played by Richard Norton. Mr Nice Guy is completely ridiculous, bordering on cartoonish, but in the best way imaginable. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 04/20/23 Full Review Thomas H One of Chan's best films of the 90s, Mr. Nice Guy's international version is hampered by several cuts to key scenes. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 03/25/23 Full Review Liam D A short but fun movie This action is not one of Jackie Chan's best but it's a fun time Rated 3 out of 5 stars 03/01/21 Full Review Audience Member I honestly don't know what to write! this is a horrible movie by all means, though the fact the Jackie is the main protagonist is making all the deference Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/16/23 Full Review waleed a pretty terrible overall. and not nearly as funny as his other movies, and there really wasn't that much actual fighting. there were a lot of action scenes and destruction but lacking in hand to hand combat that we're used to. but seriously, this guy is insane. these stunts he does himself are unbelievably dangerous. he never ceases to amaze me (about 3 viewings) Rated 2 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Read all reviews
