Newly married Gary Ainsworth (Dennis O'Keefe) is starting a life with young wife Geraldine (Marjorie Reynolds). But Gary also has a secret, in the form of a personalized negligee he gave to his onetime girlfriend Mabel (Gail Patrick), and the discovery of this item could threaten the fledgling marriage. Now, with Mabel spending a weekend in the new couple's house, Gary sees his chance to get the gift back. But Mabel? She's a little reluctant to give in to her old beau's demands.
