Audience Member Solid kung-fu film about about a marital arts tournament, which is a serviceable enough of vehicle for a series of well done fight sequences. Oh, and someone gets killed and then needs avenging by our hero. The story is nothing you haven't seen before, but this Shaw Brothers production of a Wong Fei-hung tale is satisfying enough. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/31/23 Full Review Audience Member (Kung Fu Master) Donnie Yen and Benny Chan team up to tell the story of the Sun Moon Sect, a Han insurgent group attempting to restore the Ming Dynasty during the reign of the Manchu-led Qing Dynasty. The fist 450 minutes of the TV series were cut down to 200 for the DVD release. Employs plenty of whoosh noises and fights to accompany the drama, which includes Wing Chun and Wu Tang.
