Ashley H Dressed to Kill is a decent film. It is about a private eye who uses 25-year-old clues to solve a double murder in a theater. Lloyd Nolan and Mary Beth Hughes gave good performances. The script is a little slow in places. Eugene Forde did an alright job directing this movie. I liked this motion picture because of the drama and mystery. Lloyd Nolan's always a fun time but if you need to get your Nolan fix, feel free to look elsewhere. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/01/23 Full Review Audience Member Ohh it was not good. Poor acting, uninteresting characters, and of course I don't love the hysterical woman/suuuper-awk racial stereotyping...yikes. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/19/23 Full Review Audience Member Alright, this wasn't fantastic or gripping as a mystery, but it did make me laugh more than most comedies, so I did end up liking it. The abundant smugness was fun to watch by itself, and there were so many witty quips...and it was full of clothes-porn; I probably would have liked just watching it without the dialogue, or the dialogue without the movie. Basically, I liked pretty much everything about this. And the stork line, I copied that down. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/19/23 Full Review Read all reviews
