Audience Member Terrible.. the trailer led me to believe it would have much more substance and story than what it turned out to be. An 8 foot tall deformed psycho kills twin girls on the dark ride in the beginning, then is sent to a mental asylum. He breaks out 20 years later and makes his way back to the long-shuttered ride at the exact time that a group of college-age kids also makes there way there and breaks into the ride one night. From there, you can easily imagine the rest. They try to throw in a twist/surprise, but it’s easily spotted early on and doesn’t lend any credibility to the story. Might as well skip to the end to see who lives (if anyone) or just turn it off. It’s all stupid, not to mention how the hell a huge deformed psycho could possibly make his way anywhere, let alone across the state, without being seen and captured immediately. Had it involved more of the story upon which it was set, it could’ve been interesting. It could’ve been much more as a mystery thriller than whatever they call this mess they made. I have NO IDEA how there are people out there who rate movies like this 4.5 and 5 out of 5 stars! By that measure, I’d find it hard to believe those people could give any movie fewer than 3 stars. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 04/08/23 Full Review Audience Member Cool effects are all it really has going for it. Classic throw unlikable characters into horror locations, and watch them get picked off. Nothing surprising to it, including the ending which was clear as day to predict if you paid attention. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/05/23 Full Review Audience Member Decent movie, terrible ending Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review steve d There is nothing interesting, new or memorable about this. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member Not good at all.....why do I own this? Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 01/14/23 Full Review Audience Member Totally underrated, an instant classic, why do. Critics give bad sayings about this film, i think mainly its because the film is, from the productions 8 films to die for, honestly i think this one is one of the only one that matters, but overall, i believe this is just awsomley done so well and should get more credit then it gets, the effects are great , the actings pritty good the plot really good overall 4.6/5 Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/18/23 Full Review Read all reviews
