Sparks fly when Raj (Shahid Kapoor), a newly graduated architect, meets Priya (Vidya Balan), an activist who is trying to save a local community center. They have feelings for each other, and Raj secretly believes Priya to be his lucky charm. However, she already has a steady boyfriend whom she is expected to marry. Meanwhile, Raj has been assigned his first big project by a major developer -- and unbeknownst to Priya, it may involve building a mall in place of her beloved community center.

The trouble with Kismat Konnection is not only its predictable screenplay, but its even more predictable filling-in-of-the-spaces between the first and the last frame, and the lack of any real fire, barring a stray sequence or two, between the lovebirds.

A Good Film Of Shahid Kapoor,But It Lacked In Some Parts Like Chemistry Of Both Shahid And Vidya Balan(Actress Of Bhool Bhulaiya).I Said It Because She(Vidya)Was Looking Elder Sister Of Shahid Kapoor.In Glamour And Music It Was Different :) So Overall A Average Movie Better Then Just My Luck.

Nice locales..good cinematography..peppy music...sincere acting by the lead pair...thats how I would sum up Kismat Konnection A feel good film by Aziz Mirza, the film has a freshness about it. However the script could have been tighter. It is a paperthin plot.. Shahid Kapoor does his part sincerely but time to let go of the SRK hangover. Vidya has a new hairstyle but needs a new dress designer, gym trainer and needs to look less consious on camera! (She should sack her dress designer NOW! and throw away all those short skirts). Juhi looks plump...and sometimes overacts. and why does everyone Shahid meet in Toronto speak in hindi? Of the supporting cast, Om Puri, Himani Shivpuri and Vishal act well.The others ham! Boman is wasted. The film still has you humming the songs as you walk out of the theatre. Watch it for the songs and the 'moments'.

Kismat Konnection will be loved by the people who hardly watch films. It is a decent and enjoyable watch, and a fine film which is definatley worth a watch! Don't miss this one... Recommended (One Time Watch) Verdict = Above Average
