      Audience Member Winston W. Champ's Payback needs to pay back the minutes stolen for viewing this lame excuse of a crime drama. Making way towards a predictable conclusion, the film has trouble telling a story for a mere 80 minutes. There is no mystery or suspense, leaving a tedious and monotone trudge into an ending that doesn't come soon enough. To bide time, the story finds the need to showcase unnecessary nudity and sexual content amongst senseless characters; probably with the intent to spice things up. Well, those segments did stand out over everything else; even over the few forgettable action pieces. The most notable name of the cast is Angie Everhart. That pretty much sums up how poor this film turns out. The characters and performances go in one end and straight out the other. Payback gives revenge a bad name. Pass up this featureless production.
