None of it feels either inexorable or cruelly arbitrary. Children of the Corn '09 plays the notes but doesn't hear the music, and the improvised bits are deadly to the cohesion of the piece.

Esta segunda adaptación del relato de Stephen King es sin duda mejor que la primera adaptación. Es más fiel al relato original y es bastante cruda. Claro que recicla la banda sonora de la película original, ya que es un clásico de culto, pero en vez de verla como una recreación, cualquiera que haya leído el texto original se dará cuenta de que aquí fueron muy fieles y eso es debido a que King fue el guionista de esta película. Aunque el final no fue de mi agrado al principio, después me di cuenta de lo bien que plasmaron en esta cinta el relato de King y eso convierte esta película en la mejor de toda la saga. Mi clasificación para esta película es un 10/10.

The 2009 remake's not bad but it's not good ether. The wife and husband fight in the car Issac and Malachi aren't creepy those kids weren't even scary and what's really fucked up A guy n girl having sex infont 9 10 & 12 year kids in a church. They loved it very disturbing! Again not the best movie of the series but my favorite part is when the wife gets blown up.

The only thing bad about this movie is the wife she the worst of all im glad she got blown up in the car. The husband wasn't great but hes nothing like her ethier. those kids wern't creepy like in the original. Issac's not even scary but atleast he's cute Malachi's covered in blood making him look crazy. The husband and wife both die at the end hung up on crosses like scarecrows with corn in their eyes. Theres even a sex scene where a guy and girl fuck in the church infront of kids that are like 8 10 and 12 years old! They wern't really watching it happen but its still Fucked up and the kids loved it. This wasn't that bad of a movie just a bad wife.
