J D For starters yes this movie and many other Christmas movies copy the concept of Groundhogs day. While that film may have had an original concept it doesn't mean other films can't be good. Give this movie a chance I'm a sucker for a good romance Christmas movie this one i like as well as Just Frineds which also has Amy Smart in it as well. I'm a big movie collector I have over 1100 movies on disc I've seen alot of Christmas movies trust me especially Christams romance comedies and this one I just enjoyed Amy Smart is a good actress she may not be as well know as many other A list actresses but she has a chemisty charm that works in movies thats believable and she's actually can be funny at times.
