      J. R. Jones Chicago Reader The movie suffers from its fussy narrative structure, with serial flashbacks and one perplexing flash-forward, but Anna Margaret Hollyman drives the story with a smart, layered performance as the expectant mother. Mar 5, 2020 Full Review Noel Murray Los Angeles Times Compelling if difficult viewing for anyone interested in seeing a variety of parental experiences on screen. Apr 12, 2018 Full Review John DeFore Hollywood Reporter Attractive and capably acted but oddly airless, the drama is a downer without offering much reward for our time. Apr 9, 2018 Full Review Christopher James AwardsCircuit.com Opening up the couple's life and taking a more straightforward approach to the material could have made the film immensely more impactful. Rated: 2/4 Nov 2, 2018 Full Review Alan Ng Film Threat 20 Weeks is a series of real moments accentuated with authentic dialogue. Situations and setting feel spontaneous and not staged. adam b Am I the only one that noticed this movie doesn't make sense??? Feels like the movie is missing like 3 or 4 scenes. Other than that, I didn't mind it. Seriously, I'm actually wondering if I watched a botched up version. Also the editing is confusing and annoying while the acting is surprisingly auth Rated 2 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review matt h So I thought this movie was okay. It dealt with a serious subject but the subject matter is not what I had an issue with but the flashback or flash forward scenes were out of sort. I also didnt like the ending. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Pretty good, but just missing something. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/11/23 Full Review Audience Member Worst ending ever!
