Although they made their way through high school successfully, an investigation at a local college brings big changes for undercover officers Jenko (Channing Tatum) and Schmidt (Jonah Hill). When Jenko meets a kindred spirit on the football team and Schmidt infiltrates the bohemian art-major scene, both men begin to question their partnership. Sequel garbage. Horrendous writing, lame gags, but it has a lot of high-pitch squealing from Jonah Hill which is supposed to be funny. This is why people have given up on Hollywood. They have one cleverly written and acted movie, and then they ditch the writers or accelerate the time-table and pump out low-quality fare and cash in. 21 Jump Street was a brilliant movie, with clever gags, well-acted. 22 Jump Street has the tackiest dialogue possible, gags that get no laughs, phoning it in. And disregard the legions of questionable 5-star reviews here. We all know who pays for those. This movie shows Hollywood doesn't understand comedy; they de-value the writers and wonder why it's not funny anymore.

doesn’t try to reinvent the wheel, and that’s exactly the point. If you liked the first one, you’ll enjoy this too.. it’s self-aware, cheerfully stupid, and knows how to laugh at itself for being a sequel. Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum’s chemistry is effortless, and their energy makes even the silliest scenarios genuinely funny. The film delivers rapid-fire jokes, clever gags, and plenty of absurdity without ever dragging. It’s not art-house cinema, and it doesn’t pretend to be.. it’s pure entertainment that does exactly what a comedy should: make you laugh until your cheeks hurt.

Absolutely hilarious, just as good as the first one in my opinion. Loved the bromance going on, and unlike most movies, it wasn't only on one scene but throughout the movie. Haven't laughed like this while watching a comedy movie for a minute now.

Synopsis
