Carla Hay Culture Mix 3BHK can get a bit repetitive and long-winded in this drama about a family aspiring to own a home. It’s still a very good movie about the ups and downs of family love during many obstacles and difficulties. Jul 13, 2025 Full Review Srinivasa Ramanujam The Hindu [3BHK] shines light on the family, without veering into any unnecessary commercial elements such as fights or songs. 3BHK feels like a tight hug of reassurance. harsha Very authentic, true to reality. Performances were great. Narration and Direction is good. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 07/04/25 Full Review Ashwin It’s a really family entertainer. It has emotion and comedy. A well written, balanced and medium paced movie that all families will love! Everyone performed well also. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 07/04/25 Full Review Lucky01 I recently watched 3BHK on Prime Video, and it’s also available in the Telugu dubbed version. The film beautifully captures the emotions and daily struggles of the middle-class lifestyle, making it highly relatable. The cast delivers excellent performances, the music adds emotional depth, and the production values are impressive. Kudos to director Sri Ganesh for presenting such a heartfelt story. The interview scene in the movie is a true highlight emotionally powerful and very well done. However, the film feels a bit lengthy at times, and a slightly shorter runtime could have made the experience even better. Overall, 3BHK is a realistic and emotional film that resonates strongly with middle-class audiences.! Rated 3 out of 5 stars 08/03/25 Full Review Audience Member Sri Ganesh's 3 BHK flat feels like a sappy TV serial for the majority of the first half. The never ending problems get exhausting however the post interval portions rescue the movie specifically a crucial subplot of martial abuse related to the sister Meera Raghunath playing Aarti. The way Aarti refuse to become a victim and starts life fresh gives the movie some of its best moments. Similary the transformation of Siddarth in following his heart is a delight to watch too.
