Scott S This is pretty low-budget but actually a lot of fun. It's got a lot of heart for a beer movie. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 06/30/23 Full Review Cru E A good time that makes it easy to forgive all its faults. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 06/26/23 Full Review Ash J Let the movie be at the time it was made. Forgive that it doesn't fully age to the now. I love beer and I love the main character Corey so early 2000's heart throb. You love the brother dynamic and their struggle makes you love them even more. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 06/26/23 Full Review Audience Member Whether you think it's a knock off in anticipation of Jake Johnson indie vehicle Drinking Buddies being successful (it wasn't) or just an 88 minute infomercial for Left Hand Brewing, it's pretty poor. Seriously, a Left Hand Brewing logo shows up in 85% of the shots. More frustrating is that when the brew bros from A Beer Tale are cut loose from the craft brew grind, they drink cocktails and wine. I've known a lot of people in the brewing industry. They love beer. It's a passion they're not trying to forget when they punch out. Just in case you were wondering how to draw believable beer geeks.
