Bucky I This 15 minute gem of a film is seamless and surprisingly professional, well acted, and beautifully designed. While it has a clear slant toward the progressive side of the culture wars, the fundamentalist parents of Una, the adolescent unicorn-loving protagonist, are portrayed as loving loving and caring humans, rather than demonic stereotypes. Her beloved new-age transsexual Aunt Alice is someone we know, and Una's dreamworld of unicorns is so magical and alluring, I sorry the film ended so soon. Special kudos to production design and editing, which both literally worked like a charm. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/06/23 Full Review Read all reviews
