robb w Could have been a decent movie if all the actors didn't dumb down their performances so Nick Viall didn't feel bad. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member Pam was incredibly condescending and consumed in her own self gain. The plot was so unrealistic that I couldn't control myself, there is no flow or anything to keep you interested. There was zero sexy scenes and sexual innuendo for something that is supposed to be romantic. The jokes weren't funny. The annoying whiny boss was confusing. One minutes he's all threatening her Pamela's career, the next he's calling her nonstop like a gay best friend in a middle life crisis. Pam's best friend forgave her for exploiting her just because Pam decided it was time to go banana chasing which never really happened. We, get it Pam you are too good for men on cruises. But I can't really fault her too much, the director of the cruise was being too much of a harda*s about her not wanting to give up her career and live on a cruise ship. I mean she only worked her ass off to get where she is for years, right? Apparently, that was a huge issue for him that she works for a living. Is this guy living in the 50s? And, what was up with the film poster? This had no interracial relationship like the cover implied. I tried to ignore the whitewashing of the industry and watch the movie but I could have just as well watched Operation Christmas Drop. At least, the director was more transparent with the audience. This is not a hidden jewel this is a hidden disaster. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review Audience Member I watched part of this movie with my wife and...ehhhh...I’m not interested in watching the rest. My wife gives it 3-1/2 stars and I give it 2. So that wifey and I aren’t sleeping butt to butt; compromised on 3 stars. My wife made me give honorable mention to the actors for their namesake but not for their acting prowess. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/02/20 Full Review Audience Member If you have too much Christmas spirit and want to bring it down a few notches then by all means watch this film. However, if you're looking for a Christmas romance that will warm your heart, please avoid this painfully cringe inducing seasonal film. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/26/23 Full Review Read all reviews
