Audience Member This was terrible. Took forever to get to action then ends on a stupid note. I try to give movies a chance but this one sucked. Through and through. Sorry. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/31/23 Full Review Audience Member One of the worst movies I've ever seen and I can't even say this is a "so bad it's good movie". Everything about this film is awful and everyone involved in this should feel ashamed Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/12/23 Full Review Audience Member This film is actually so abominable bad that it inspired me to create an account on Rotten Tomatoes, just so I could warn other people not to watch it. The monster does not look like what is on the DVD cover at all, literally nothing happens for the first hour apart from some very badly written, incredibly poorly delivered dialogue that not only seems incredibly fake, but offers no character development, narrative commentary, plot momentum (not that there is a plot beyond "girls get a flat tire in some woods and sit in their car") or any real purpose whatsoever. The director "builds tension" by having his lead actress look at some dark woods, then look unconvincingly scared for about three minutes while unfathomably poor quality "tense" music is played, before repeating the process of her looking at some dark woods, looking scared while music plays, etc. That is literally all that happens after her sister disappears for what seems like longer than the actual runtime of the entire experience. Oh yeah, then the last 20 minutes throws in a random other girl who disappears 5 minutes later, more "tension building" then an hilariously badly executed monster attack as the lead character tries to rescue her sister, who has seemingly just been chilling in the creature's home the entire time, despite it attacking on sight any time it is seen from that point on - which is only sporadically and never properly seen at all during its entire time when it is actually a presence in the film, which is only for literally the final ten minutes. Absolutely awful and worse than many first time student films. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/17/23 Full Review Read all reviews
