Audience Member This movie should be used as a conversation tool, an education to those that may not know what is happening in the world and the story of this enigmatic heroine, Ifrah Ahmed. She came to Ireland from Somalia in 2006, and became a tireless campaigner against female genital mutilation (FGM). Aja Naomi King, who people may know from successful tv drama How to Get Away With Murder is fantastic in this role. To be honest her ability, characterisation, along with the true story kept this film afloat. There is also some amazing irish talent on here such as Niall Buggy, Pauline McLynn, Maggie O'Kane among so many others, and it is always nice to see Ireland in movies. Definitely give this movie a try and start a conversation around it. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review Read all reviews
