Liz Kocan Decider While A Greek Recipe For Romance is nice little snack of a movie, it’s missing a few key ingredients that would elevate it to fine cuisine. Jun 17, 2024 Full Review Read all reviews

Greg C For me, I thoroughly enjoyed this. Multiple times actually. Yes, they're are some casting problems. But not with either of the lead roles. I totally enjoyed the two of them together! I felt their chemistry grew with each scene they were in. Abby's facial expressions were spot on. Theo was very passionate, about his work and carrying on his mother's legacy. (Carving out his own as well.) Anytime a movie can take me to both a beautiful area... and have a cute budding romance story to go along with it? I'm in. I believe you'll come away saying... ya know, I did smile alot. Creative license was pushed beyond reasonable. There is no way two people could or would be able to prepare for and be able to open a fine dining establishment in 3 weeks, while sightseeing, flea market shopping and making olive oil themselves. Inspections are done well before opening day and there is no way food would ever be allowed to be transported via motorcycle from the kitchen to the table and be considered safe to serve. With no sign of any employees other than these two romantic fools, we were expected to believe this resembled real life? All I can say is GET A LIFE, Hallmark, and class up your writing act. I was just beginning to defend several Hallmark movies for their more mature developments but I can’t if you put up more pathetic stories like this one.
