Liam D Despite an pretty decent cast this goes through every fantasy and animated kids movie cliches that the movie becomes very stale Rated 1 out of 5 stars 12/26/22 Full Review Cindy H its good, not great. a young boy goes on a quest to find protection for his family. i think the main thing i didn't like about the movie was some of the character models are so ugly. but besides stylistic choices the animation itself isn't that bad. its not pixar quality or anything but it could be a lot worse. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 07/24/22 Full Review Audience Member slightly left field, and a bit differnent. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/17/23 Full Review Audience Member I thought it was great! Something different and i found it funny. It was a nice kids movie and good humour for adults to watch as well. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/16/23 Full Review Audience Member not to waste your time watching it Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/12/23 Full Review Audience Member Although the graphics are a bit rudimentary to say the least, The actual story and lessons that are trying to be brought over, are very beautiful and very fresh. which because of this, sets it apart from modern day animation in recent years. in recent films you will always know what you're getting, the hero will be brave, the bad guy will mock, the damsel in distress will be waiting for her rescuer, there will be a big fight the hero will overcome the villan and they all live happily ever after. Yet in this one it is trying to delve into the relationship between the characters such as Savva and angee. Also the fact that they were trying to inform the viewer of how to be aware of certain sins that appear most often in every day life, such as pride greed, ignorance and vanity. The pride of course referring to the White wolves that were transformed because of it.and of course Fafi who is also transformed because of his pride and vanity and how he must humble himself to agreeing with a mosquito for part of the curse to be lifted so you they may part ways. And the other example of course referring to the ape Queen which had been given three heads of split personality, greed, ignorance and vanity. So all in all no I would not say this is the bad film in fact it is a refreshing and beautiful film. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/24/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Ed Potton Times (UK) Unfortunately, the psychedelic imagination that director Maksim Fadeev brings to the minor characters in this kids' cartoon from Russia is not matched by the animation, which is clunky to put it kindly.
