It shows the struggles of trying to hold up two families together that have a bad history given by their religion and nationality. This movie also shows the love and talent into cooking, while it shows online bullying, and trying to impress your family. This movie made me tear up a lot and it was fantastic! See more John B 07/24/2023 I enjoyed this movie & the story it told about a young boy and a passion for learning to cook along with trying to satisfy his family and the variety of religious backgrounds they came from. It show the pressures as parents that we impose on our children sometimes along with the fact that they can see & hear us when we fight. See more 08/20/2021 It's a beautiful charming story about a 12 old who has more wits, love, compassion and brain than his whole religiously and culturally split and confronted family (Jews/Muslims/Palestinians). Too bad that this world has few of his kind and endless numbers of people like his grandparents.
