Dennis Schwartz Dennis Schwartz Movie Reviews A charming romantic comedy, whose charm eluded me. Rated: C+ Feb 15, 2021 Full Review Elena de la Torre Cine-Mundial It is a completely absurd, but funny, farce with the theme of the wife who suddenly asks for the divorce. ashley h Affectionately Yours is a decent film. It is about a married reporter's assignments carry him all over the world, which gives him ample opportunity to put the moves on the local females. Merle Oberon and Rita Hayworth give good performances. The screenplay is entertaining but a little slow in places. Lloyd Bacon did an alright job directing this movie. I like the motion picture because of the romance and humor.
