Leonid V That was one of the strangest episodes ever. Relationships and characters were so underdeveloped. The whole thing so uneven. Even the presence of some great character actors didn’t save it. Odd, very odd. Oh, and absolutely no suspense of “whodunnit”. Who was the villain was so obvious. Everyone just sorta phoned it in, despite a few pretty famous and great actors. And the reveal so unbelievable, not in a good way. I wonder if Christie’s original story “There is a tide” was that terrible. Never read that one, but I doubt it. In the episode Taken at the Flood, the wife's help to her husband when he lost the clients' money at the casino is really catching on. Doesn't start a tantrum, but thinks about how to help her husband out of the situation. Not standard female behavior. I wish I had one of those! By the way, this situation is brought up by a Russian writer, I recently saw his video on Facebook in the group SacredPaleontology. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/01/23 Full Review Read all reviews
