jesse v Sep 4 who is this for exactly? it's like an adult examined the current Gen z social media popularity trope and made a movie out of it. With weird old political references and lots of POV camera angles and the lack of ADULTS AND CLASSROOMS, this movie is just a stylized mutation of mean girls. It brings a keen knowledge and the sharp tongue of modern online life, yet also an old-school sensibility that's rare these days -- but will never go out of style. The person who wrote this film has pitch-perfect ear for dialogue. The acting, photography and overall production value are both sharp and endearing -- and the sly soundtrack made me smile multiple times throughout. More movies like this, please. Go stream it.
