09/27/2024 As I watched this movie, I wasn't completely sure where the movie was going or what it was about. Its been two days and I haven't stopped thinking about this film. I realize that reviews aren't impressive but I'm going to disagree. Its a short-ish watch and asks some unusual questions about life choices. Its watchable and meaningful. Surely giving Ben Kingsley all the room in the world to flex his prowess would have been a treat for us all. Acting tool But the story line was depressing, and often difficult to follow. The murder of one of the main characters was totally thrown in for shock value. The intensity is similar to his performance in Se xy Beast.His costar matches him scene by scene, although her character's history could have been more thoroughly described. This movie could have descended into a lolitaesque scenario but credit to the director/writer to being true to the grim reality of the story line.
