Snowhite S @RT93627231 3d I was interested in the subject, plus a true story from someone involved in the making of the movie, but oh my was I disappointed. I don't know what made this poor woman to go through all that by taking the lead rolle, but her delivery was really bad and not at all convincing (even though she's actually been through this horror). But the worst of it all was the script! So many silly and worn out lines. Like when she was buying an outfit for her anniversary..she already decided to buy but the young sales woman kept pushing on giving her a discount even though she never asked for one. And going back to the apartment -man took a Polaroid of her and she was all terrified and kept asking him: What are you doing, whay are you doing.. As someone else said, pity they made it into a (superbad) lifetime movie...it's a story worth telling. Title what I'm currently watching is Apartment 407. Same movie different name. The sypnosis is wrong. She NOT single mother, she has a boyfriend. Really annoyed me this film, why didn't she kick him in the balls. Stand up for yourself instead of standing there crying. Stupid film. I would have scratched his damn eyes out. And the dialogues are also very not convincing, hard to believe she was that du mb unless she has some mental issues, like who tells his kidnapper "I don't want to shower cause then the police cannot collect proofs" after he has beaten you up ? definitely non sens... Even if the story is real, which I doubt, it was so poorly written and acted out that it made it even more unbelievable. You couldn’t even feel for the victim after all the horrible decisions she has made. I know this is a real problem, and it happens, but this movie is literally doing a disservice to actual victims and cases. Unreal. Do not waste your time. See more 04/26/2021 I'll give it no stars - and 1/2 for me, because I watched it to the end. The storyline was thin, I felt nothing for the characters, and the ending was flat. There were more questions than answers when it was over. This movie did serve as a warning to women about going alone to apartments of strangers, but that's about it. Did they change the title of the movie from Apartment 407 because for most of the movie the number on the door of the apartment was 400? Who knows. See more Read all reviews
