I don't know where this film was filmed, but it's a very picturesque setting. It's very much like a dream in that there is no actual talking, and strange things are going on all around the young couple who are the center of the action. For example, a dozen or more men are carting furniture back and forth through the streets, each entering different houses with their loads.
The film is just 45 minutes long, and I was able to find it in a collection at my library. I recommend it.

Feels like a Jacques Tati film, very silent and has a delightful comedic edge to it. Overall, it is probably the harshest criticism of the consumerism and greed of the people but it is done with beautiful compositions and with a nice human relationship that is happening.
