Neo N @JohnRead Feb 13 This movie is the better written and produced than the other Asterix movies. The English dub voice acting captures what I always imagined Asterix and gang were like. It does not go into the obsurd or vulgar comedy of the movies, it is genuinely funny. If you love these characters from the books, you won't be disappointed. This cartoon movie travels closely with the book of the same name. See more R T @RT63070035 04/23/2021 Clearly the best movie of Astérix. It is the funniest at least. Just how the english people talk (in the french version) are hilarious. The story is really good and every years, when it is on TV, I know I'll have a good moment. See more 01/10/2019 Esta película animada me llenaba de risa y las escenas eran para verlas una y otra vez para apreciar los manporros que recibían los romanos, ademas de la complejidad de llevar un barril de poción sin nombre que lo identifique de los barriles de vino, la canción que se oye al principio y final es pegadiza solo que un poco sencilla. Una satira aguda de la sociedad inglesa en como su comida no siempre es buena y que Asterix hizo bien en introducir el té para convertirse en su bebida nacional. See more 08/11/2018 Asterix in Britain has good animation, faithfulness to its source material without being just the comic if it were a cartoon and tons of humour including the comedic highlights from the comics getting better in this adaptation. Plus, there's that kickass song "The Lookout is Out". Asterix in Britain is a fun Asterix adventure whose only glaring flaw is the annoying stereotypical French accents for the Gauls. The notable incorrect mouth movement within animation frames gets a pass because this movie was dubbed so it's understandable that that was going to happen.
