Andy Webster New York Times While its premise and some of its effects may be B-movie grade, "Atomica" - like the best B movies - delivers an unexpectedly rewarding kick. Mar 16, 2017 Full Review Robert Abele Los Angeles Times Cheap-TV genre fare that might have passed muster as an average episode of "The Outer Limits," but over feature length simply feels slipshod and dull. Mar 16, 2017 Full Review Frank Scheck Hollywood Reporter The original title for the second theatrical release from cable channel Syfy was Deep Burial, and that would have been an appropriate fate for this low-budget, sci-fi thriller. Mar 16, 2017 Full Review Leigh Monson Substream Magazine Atomica is the same old Syfy schlock without any of the fun... Rated: 1.5/5 Sep 24, 2020 Full Review Tracy Allen PopHorror.com a twisting, turning trip into the future where the road to Hell is still paved with the best intentions Rated: 5/10 Aug 9, 2019 Full Review Patrick Bromley Daily Dead A well-intentioned and well-executed effort that may be too slight to really stand the test of time. Jelisije J A surprisingly decent Scfy Tv movie that does well with its low budget and brings a satisfying conclusion to its underrated story. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 07/19/23 Full Review Audience Member Not much happened in this movie, it was pretty boring. The plot was pretty predictable, it was basically a movie about wasting your time while wasting your time, so an extra half star for being an interactive film. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/26/23 Full Review Audience Member I enjoy low budget sci-fi films like this especially in the vein of the film moon. However this film has some strong points but overall feels lacking. The twists at the end I saw coming almost right when the movie started. They should hardly even be called twists. The acting overall is pretty bad with very little backstory given. With more talented people in front and behind the camera I think this could’ve been a better film it as it is it’s your typical Syfy channel TV movie. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 03/30/20 Full Review Audience Member Confuse. Ugly acting. Ugh. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/07/23 Full Review joe m Started watching and could only get through about 30 minutes. Dark, dreary and, most damning of all, boring. Don't waste your time. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member i was bored the whole film. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/08/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
