Not the worst I've ever seen. Good idea for a horror movie but it could have been done a lot better. As it is, I couldn't recommend it unless you are very bored and cannot find a better horror movie you haven't seen.

It kept me interested in seeing what was happening. I would recommend it because it's got some truth to the movie although the movie is fictional. They made it for Hollywood to get profit, but the government experiments were true.
