Billy Crumpus has never been the confident type. A socially awkward college student with a goofy charm that never quite lands, he hits rock bottom after a humiliating encounter with a group of girls at a party. Seeing their friend spiraling, Billy's ride-or-die duo--Sonny and Dee--decide it's time for drastic measures. Their plan? Take him to the one place that's never let them down: the chair of their favorite barber, the wildly eccentric and possibly deranged Mick. What starts as a simple haircut quickly spirals into a surreal nightmare. As Mick's behavior grows increasingly unhinged, it becomes clear he may be hiding something far more sinister possibly connected to the recent disappearance of a local college girl. Trapped in a barbershop turned battleground, Billy is forced to confront more than just his insecurities. On the worst day of his life, he might finally discover what he's been missing all along. Bad Haircut is a wild, genre-bending thrill ride packed with sharp humor, dark twists, and just the right amount of heart. Whether you're gasping or laughing, one thing's for sure- you won't see what's coming next.

Bradley Gibson Film Threat Bad Haircut is a low-budget endeavor that, by all rights, should be simply a mildly amusing romp, but it has greatness thrust upon it as Misak’s writing and direction provide a framework for Levin and Ray to create searing, unforgettable characters. Rated: 9/10 Sep 29, 2025 Full Review Kat Hughes THN Although there are a few wobbles along the way, overall Bad Haircut manages to be an endearing and charming horror comedy, buoyed by the presence of upcoming star, Spencer H. Levin. Rated: 3/5 Sep 26, 2025 Full Review Caitlin Kennedy Simply Cinema (Substack) Bad Haircut is a love letter to genre cinema (really to cinema, in general) that delights in the bizarre.
