Martin A This entire movie feels like a T.V. show Pilot. The pacing is all over the place between the uninspired plot and the many side characters that the movie is trying to focus on. The animation is slightly improved over Balto II: Wolf Quest, but some spots are still obviously cheap compared to the first movie. You will either hate this movie or be one of the few to unironically watch it after the first viewing.
