Audience Member The host were beyond annoying to watch. One of the "host" did nothing but give bitchy faces and look awkward throughout the show. Also, it was unclear what the contestants were being judged on. Was it the taste, the presentation, or the fact that they had to cook whatever they were asked without any knowledge of the dish itself. Also, you'd think the tasters and host would be a little more engaged and excited about tasting food. All I saw were rude face expressions and negativity. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/24/23 Full Review Audience Member Great insight into the varied communal ways in which BBQ is enjoyed across the globe. The filmmakers stay out of the way and let the story tell itself from the mouths of regular folks. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/05/23 Full Review Audience Member Disappointed they didn't include Australian indigenous way of cooking BBQ like they did for most other countries otherwise it was great Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/14/23 Full Review Audience Member Very high filming quality and insights into the diverse cultures of the world. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/23/23 Full Review Audience Member absolutely AMAZING. oNE OF THE MOST UPLIFTING PIECES OF FILM MAKING I HAVE EVER HAD THE PLEASURE OF VIEWING. cannot RECOMMEND "bARBECUE" HIGHLY ENOUGH. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/18/23 Full Review Audience Member I thought I would learn something but it just same stuff people blabbing about how BBQ is bringing people together...no shit so does pizza or any type of food. some where even BBQing on an electric BBQ or throwaways... maybe I just had a different expectation on what it would be Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review Read all reviews
