Audience Member a small quiet movie that is about a 17 yr old boy from the country who goes to the big city 2 find his father who left the family 6 years b4, the ending was a little confusing but it provides a look at the dichotmy in china of rural life vs. city life. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/25/23 Full Review Audience Member With Bringing Father Home being such a great movie you forget that it's an amateur film. The boy left the village a kid but came back as a man who wasn't in his right mind & the journey forever changed him Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/23/23 Full Review Audience Member This movie is a piece of shit. Don't waste your time. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/24/23 Full Review Audience Member interesting shots throughout the movie Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/13/23 Full Review Audience Member Very good movie about China's poor villagers but with a twist at the end. Very promising director. As tough it's been film in video (in clandestinity), the quality of execution would have fit perfectly with 35 mm. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/24/23 Full Review Audience Member it's just a bad imitation of Jia Zhang Ke's style. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/08/23 Full Review Read all reviews
