04/12/2022 I saw it. I think Abdi was wonderful. You could feel his isolation in a strange world of money where he had nothing. It's an interesting study of human nature and honor being traded out for desperation. Without going into spoilers, I just like to point out a lot of the film is symbolism. If you just take everything for what is shown, it is a straight up story.
