Oh my! This movie was right on, and I wish everyone could see it - especially in today's climate. I work with refugees and asylum seekers, and this is their story. That these people can even move on is remarkable, but they do - somehow. Feeling accepted and loved makes all the difference. We have just have no idea.

The writer/director was at the screening to tell us a little bit about the film. He said it was very low budget ($1.5 million) and that they had to kind of work “under the radar” during the 20 days of shooting on location. The film did not feel the least bit low budget. The script and the performances were never cheesy. The family’s emotions were portrayed powerfully. The photography was excellent. I hope it gains much greater reach when it becomes available on the Angel platform.
