[For] all the recycled themes and storytelling beats, it’s hard to deny Tony Scott’s signature visual prowess injected into this sequel. The movie also benefits from higher stakes, better action set pieces and a killer soundtrack.

I saw this before the first one as a kid and thought it was better then and still do. Yeah it's more of the same but that's exactly what people wanted. I'd say it's the best action comedy of all time with Eddie Murphy at his prime along with a great supporting cast, great visuals from Tony Scott and another killer electro 80s soundtrack from Harold Faltermyer. It's just quintessential 80s. If your feeling nostalgic this is like a line of cocaine.

A pretty fun sequel that follows in the same footsteps, but brings enough freshness with the new antagonists, character progress, and fun set-pieces to make this an entertaining follow-up.

Filme legalzinho, o roteiro é bacana, eddie Murphy continua excelente como axel foley e também muito engraçado, o filme demora para ter um ação de verdade, mas a ação do filme é boa, mais para frente no filme teve uma pequena participação do comediante Chris rock, o vilão é mais ou menos junto com sua mulher loira, perto do final foley matou o vilão, e depois o parceiro calvo de axel foley mata a loira, com tudo isso, eu meio que recomendo esse filme, mas o filme deveria ser melhor.
