But there was no build up in the beginning with the background and only a couple scenes to show some of it later. It also seemed like some linking scenes were left on the cutting room floor. For example, it didn't make sense that she got dressed into different clothes and walked through town, right past her birth mum, they never noticed each other and then suddenly it just cut to the Amish wedding. It also seemed as if she wasn't aware of the consequences of her actions which she would have been brought up to be well aware of. Would be willing to see a longer reedited version.
