Audience Member Lots of stupid stuff, but some suspense. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 04/22/18 Full Review Audience Member One of my least favorite Mann movies, but he's still the best. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/11/23 Full Review isa d Loved this fast paced and highly political action thriller. The cast is pitch perfect. Super entertaining. Perplexed by some tepid reception of the film. I fear it is due to its very political nature. It makes a talented brilliant hacker, who has fallen on some very hard luck, into a hero. It connects the dots between stock market trends and the commodities that are behind them in a way that might strike to close to the truth behind international business "dirty dealings" which actually underpin the world economy more than many realize. It is also a film about friendship and honor, so that isn't very fashionable unless to plug war mongering in sensationalized military glorification vehicles. In short, this film is a gem with interesting plot turns and great cinematography. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Brutally bad. tried and tried to stomach through it. couldn't. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/25/23 Full Review Audience Member A very enjoyable cyber thriller from Director Michael Mann that has not had the sort of big reviews Mann normally gets but I thought it was extremely well shot, cleverly scripted, quite dark at times and one I cant wait to here a commentary for when it hits Bluray! My only main gripe with the film is I do feel they could have picked a better actor/character for who the villain turns out to be but other than that I know it likely to become a regular watch at mine when I get it. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/23/23 Full Review Audience Member Good suspense, and nice action scenes. Despite it being seeming predictable, there were a few surprises.
